Taking the Scenic Route

As we look toward the future, released today, “Taking the Scenic Route” is a song I chose to release that captures a moment in time. It celebrates a year of new and interesting experiences which are fueling inspirations for future new music and projects. Click here and have a listen.

The artwork was designed by a good friend of mine with some of the featured photos taken locally in Upstate New York. The song stands on its own as a single echoing the simple idea that it’s important to sometimes take a moment, stop and recognize what’s taking place around you, don’t let experiences pass you by and take the time you need.

When listening you will hear some brighter notes and the melody will take you on a journey. It may bring back memories of traveling somewhere or may make you think about that place you’ve always wanted to visit. Enjoy.
